The factory complex includes a one-storey production building and a two-storey office building. The production building has a steel structure consisting of columns and trussed rafters. The office building has a reinforced concrete skeleton structure consisting of loadbearing ceilings, beams, walls and columns. Both buildings have isolated foundations.
